Project Scope

The project involves the major installation of a CISCO Call Manager Express Version 4 (including the unity connection) with minimal interruption of services for users in the new Montreal head office.

An important challenge for this unified communications solution’s implementation is the absence of any IP base on site.

A functional and versatile unified communications solution for 100 users distributed on 2 sites.

As the AVANCE team firstly tested the Call Manager in its internal laboratory, service downtimes have been greatly reduced and the solution was operational more quickly.
