Project Scope

The project concerns the implementation of a Cisco IP telephony solution as part of the relocation of the headquarters of the company. The solution offers complete redundancy in two sites of the company, Longueuil and Ottawa. We are responsible for deploying each of the portions of the project through technical resources while synchronizing with the technical team of the client. We also provide change management portion for agents and supervisors of call centers as well as training for users of these centers.

Approach of the implementation

AVANCE Network Services has implemented a methodology based on coaching while constantly providing expertise to meet the expectations of Mediagrif. Avance put an emphasis on technical appropriation of the solution to ensure that the solution would be use later. The project was conducted as a single team made up equally from consultants from Advance Network Services and technical staff of Mediagrif.

Scope of the project

The project has four major phases to a budget of approximately $ 400 000.
