Founded in 1983, TECSYS Inc.. has become a company leader in the software industry management supply chain. It provides powerful enterprise business and logistics solutions such as EliteSeries suite, used by hundreds of international companies to manage their global distribution networks. We focus on the complex needs of the sector of health care (medical / surgical and pharmaceutical), 3PL (logistics providers), and distribution markets in general.

Project Scope

The project involves the redesign of the networking architecture including advanced features such as wireless, IP telephony and security. This project includes a high time constraint, since it is in the heart of a program to relocate its head office in Montreal. The whole architecture should be redesigned including the external addressing scheme to match the new business needs including accommodation servers in a corporate center outside. Accompanying the release and skill transfer to different administrators are integral parts of this project.

Approach of the implementation

AVANCE Network Services has implemented a strong coordination between all project stakeholders with a strong communication with the head of the relocating program. Four teams of consultants are mobilized by field of specialization to meet the deadline of relocation of the headquarters.

The project has four major phases for a budget of approximately $ 120 000.
